Keys to deeper intimacy

An evening talk with Sarah Rose Bright & Graeme Waterfield

NW London, Friday 31st May 2024, 7-8.30pm

Join Sarah Rose Bright and Graeme Waterfield to discover keys to deeper intimacy.

Intimacy is a vital part of our health, wellbeing and for living a fulfilling life, whether it is intimacy with our self or intimacy with others. Yet intimacy can be challenging, living in a culture which values the mind and intellect over the heart and feelings.

How do you open to intimacy?

How do you open when we want to shut down?

How do you create deeper intimacy?

These are some of the questions we will be exploring.

In this talk, we will share:

  • The five levels of intimacy.
  • Why intimacy is a practice.
  • Keys to deeper intimacy.

This talk is open to anyone with an interest in deepening intimacy in their lives.

Whether single, dating or in a relationship, whether intimacy feels challenging or you’re curious how to deepen intimacy, there will be something in this talk for you. We hope you will leave inspired with new tools to deepen the practice of intimacy in your life.

ABOUT US

Hi! We’re Graeme and Sarah and we have been in a committed relationship for over 5 years. We are authorised teachers of The Making Love Retreat®, an approach that has been at the heart of our relationship from the beginning. You can read more about the retreats here.

Before we met, we spent decades on our own paths, healing and growing and learning about relationships, sometimes painfully. For both of us, we are in the relationship we dreamed of, and knew in the depths of our heart that was possible.

It hasn’t always been easy and as we have navigated through the highs and the lows of being together, we have seen firsthand the tools and the ways of being which help us to  come back to our own hearts and to create a partnership of respect, radical honesty, playfulness and ever deepening love and pleasure. And yes, sex gets better and better!

SarahandGraemecouples

We weave together decades of study and teaching to inspire couples to deepen their intimacy, love and pleasure through conscious relating, energetic practices, Chi Gung and meditation, Taoism and Tantra and modern sexology. Teaching together, we are known for being grounded, inspirational and playful.
