Tamra Mercieca is in love with love stories. Real life love stories. She finds no greater joy than in helping people strip off their layers of childhood conditioning so they can fall in love with themselves. This is what inspired Tamra to launch her online school Getting Naked back in 2011, where you’ll find stacks of free resources, hundreds of blogs, her two books – yes, she LOVES to write – as well as a boutique of guided programs to help you live happily right now.

If you need a title, Tamra is a Self-Love Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Writer, trained in well over a dozen healing modalities, with a special interest in Mental Health and Women’s Health. It was after healing herself of pre-cancerous cells in her cervix, that Tamra was inspired to create Yoga for the Vagina: A restorative yoga practice that uses the Jade Egg to heal the sexual organs, release sexual trauma and awaken the body to pleasure.

Tamra has been interviewed on HayHouse Radio, a raft of TV shows, has featured in over a dozen mainstream magazines and newspapers worldwide, and can often be seen delivering heart-felt talks at festivals around Australia. She recently moved to Adelaide Australia, after spending three years abroad in France and the UK. When she’s not ‘getting naked’, she’s exploring life with her four-year-old, swing dancing with her husband or sipping tea in some beautiful forest.
